    Dear miss Murphy,
A limerick has a structure and the song
Is a little weird but it teaches you how to do
It. The song helps you remember it better.

      Dear Ryebread,
The limericks can be tricky because you need to get the rhymes and rhythm, yet once you practise you can get very good at them! I’m glad they are getting easier for you to write! What is your favourite type of poem to read or write?

    Dear MISS M&MS,
I learnt that limericks have only five lines. Lines one,two and five rhyme, lines three and four rhyme as well. When I wrote a limerick it was a little hard for me. Here is my limerick

    Who loved to be sick.
    He got the flu.
    And turned very blue.
Then all of this was a trick.
